Positive: The property looks exactly like the pictures and it was clean. There is a lot of construction in the neighborhood and I’m hoping that they are upgrading it.
Negative: The unit had plumbing issues as mentioned in previous posts. The toilet had trouble flushing and the only plunger was not a real working plunger, so I bought one and left it there. I used each time I flushed. The water pressure was also very weak in the rest of the unit but this was a minor issue for me. The main issue was the neighborhood. I am a woman traveling by myself and I had a taxi driver refuse to drive to this neighborhood. I didn’t feel safe going out once it got dark. The price was much less than Old San Juan and other parts of San Juan but any place I wanted to go required an Uber or taxi and it would have been better to put that money towards a place in Old San Juan. I did want to say that there is a lot of construction going on in this neighborhood and I believe they are trying to improve it but if you’re traveling alone, you need to know it’s not there yet and I recommend women traveling alone should not stay here.
Summary: It was a good price but I still wouldn’t do it again
